Emily has been playing the piano for over 17 years and has been teaching music for over 10 years. She holds an ARCT in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory and is currently working on an LRSM from the Associated Board.

Aside from her passion for piano, Emily is also a news reporter with experience in print, radio and sports. She is a recent graduate of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby with a degree in Communications. She hopes to diversify her talents through television in the near future and has plans to travel as a foreign correspondent through many more countries. She is currently living in eastern Washington, while dividing her time between Canada and the United States.
